Bespoke Professional Learning and Resource Plans for your school
Putting together whole school learning plans can be quite the challenge! Let us help!
SPELD NSW has extensive experience is helping schools, develop whole school professional learning and resource plans.
We can help you target the learning for the right teachers at the right time! Plan learning that is meaningful and practical for everyone in the room, to maximise the that impact of the professional learning on pedagogy and student outcomes.
Our professional learning plans can include a combination of leadership-led sessions, on-demand learning, face-to-face PL with our team, lesson demonstrations or implementation of resources.
No prep for you! The resources and tools you need for learning are developed by our team so you can focus on empowering your teachers!

Staff Workshops
Our professional learning team can deliver a range of workshops to your teaching team at your school. All our workshops are evidence based and focus on building teacher knowledge while providing real-world practical solutions for the classroom.
You can invite other schools to the workshops to help share the costs. We can offer online training, or we can travel to you. Complete our In-School Professional Learning Enquiry form to learn more about full-day or after school sessions.
Program Training
We offer in person training in UFLI Foundations and both in-person and online training in the SPELL @ SPELD NSW and SPELL @ SPELD NSW- Launch.
We offer lesson demonstrations and teacher observations for those implementing the SPELL and Launch programs. Complete our In-School Professional Learning Enquiry form to learn more about program training.
Specialist Intervention Training
We offer a range of specialist training in learning difficulties. These can be delivered online, in-person or as on-demand modules.
We can work directly with your learning support and intervention team to provide specialist training in literacy difficulties that is bespoke to your context.
On-Demand Learning in your School
We have a range of excellent on-demand courses. You can buy access to one or more of the courses for your staff to have individual access for 12 months to the learning and resources.
We can help you plan how to best use our on-demand courses for whole school professional learning plans.
