Sounds~Write© is an exciting and highly successful approach to the teaching of reading, spelling and writing utilising a linguistic phonic approach.

Sounds-Write has made available the first 7 units of the Sounds-Write program through this free “Help Your Child to Read and Write” course to help parents and carers support their children in developing reading and spelling skills.

Sounds Write Activity Books

Sounds-Write Activity Books can be used at home by parents and tutors to complement the first 14 units of the Sounds-Write program. These books can be used with the Sounds Write Udemy on-line course which is free for all parents or carers.

Sounds Write Activity Book 1 – Help your child to Read and Write (Initial Code, Units 1 to 7) (SWAB) $25.00
A broad range of activities to give your child the kind of practise that they need in order to learn to read and write. Each activity includes a simple instruction, so you and your child can work together to complete the task. This activity book covers Units 1-7 of the Initial Code.

Sounds Write Activity Book 2 – Help your child to Read and Write: Part 2 (Initial Code, Units 8-11) (SWAB2) $25.00
A broad range of activities to give your child the kind of practise that they need in order to learn to read and write. Each activity includes a simple instruction, so you and your child can work together to complete the task. This is a second activity book in the series and covers Units 8-11 of the Initial Code.
