Thank you for your continued membership of the SPELD NSW Referral Database. We greatly appreciate your support of SPELD NSW and your students with learning difficulties. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this annual update. Please use this form to let us know of any changes to your services.

Child Safety

Members of the SPELD NSW Referral Database must maintain a current Working with Children Check at all times. (Please refer to the Kids Guardian for more information.)

Australian Business Number

Members of the SPELD NSW Referral Database must hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN).

SPELD NSW Referral Database Code of Conduct

Members of the SPELD NSW Referral Database must confirm that they are willing able able to comply with the Referral Database Code of Conduct. (Please click here for a copy of the SPELD NSW Referral Database Code of Conduct.)

Professional Learning

Each year SPELD NSW Tutor and Professional Members must complete at least 6 hours of professional learning related to:
- high quality, evidence-based literacy and/or numeracy programs, strategies and approaches; and
- supporting individuals with specific learning difficulties and disorders.
