SPELD NSW Team

Amanda Nguyen

BA/LLB Bachelor of Arts and Law
Receptionist

Amanda joined SPELD NSW in August 2022. Amanda has a BA/LLB from the University of Sydney and previously worked in legal research until she decided to pursue a career in education. Amanda was previously the head teacher of English at Ngo and Sons Academic Coaching. She is interested in expanding her experience within the education sector.

“SPELD’s work is important to me as I have seen first-hand the way learning difficulties can create frustration for students and in the long run, it will have a huge impact on their engagement and development. I see the support and training provided by the organisation as invaluable. The most rewarding thing about being involved with a not for profit is that I get to help people every day and I get to work with a team of people who care so deeply about the service that they provide.”
