An experienced Human Resources and Operations Director in early learning, has a special interest in teaching methods especially with specific learning disabilities.

Michelle has 25+ years of human resources and management experience that spans from start-ups to established organisations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, performance management, employee engagement, strategic business planning, strong culture focus, coaching and mentoring skills. Michelle has held human resources leadership positions in the Advertising, Legal Services and ICT sectors including McCann-Erickson Advertising, Optus and Telstra. While at McCann-Erickson, Michelle led the implementation of local strategies and policies in conjunction with the US Global Senior leadership Team. In her role at NSC, Michelle was a board member contributing to the direction of the business and its eventual sale to a large global Telco.

Importantly as a People & Culture leader she is a strong believer in motivating staff to reach their business and personal goals.

Michelle holds a diploma in HR, Business Management from AIM, Company Director accreditation from AICD, a Justice of the Peace and is actively involved in volunteer work with SPELD NSW and Paw Pet Therapy.
