SPELD NSW assists schools to support students with learning difficulties

How can SPELD NSW support your school & community

Up to 3 children in every classroom will struggle with learning. SPELD NSW assists schools to support students with specific learning difficulties.

Is your school looking for strategies, training or resources to equip teachers in the classroom? Are your teachers seeking information about specific learning difficulties or keen to purchase decodable readers? We can help.

SPELD NSW offers professional learning, resources and support for classroom teachers, learning support teachers, aides and school leaders in all sectors of New South Wales schools.

Our professional learning calendar is designed for educators and professionals to help children with difficulties in reading, writing, maths and attention. Our workshops focus on evidence based literacy and numeracy instruction which can help all students in your classroom and practical skills you can use with your students everyday.
