At SPELD we record your personal information only to enable us to provide services to you. SPELD records only information you have given to us.
SPELD will use its best endeavours to ensure that the information it keeps is correct and limited to what you have told us.
Personal information is held in a single database and on a backup card file. Access to this information is strictly controlled and is available to SPELD management and advisors only.
SPELD will not make your personal information available to any third party unless authorised by you to do so in specific cases.
You have the right to know what information SPELD holds about you. You also have the right to have that information corrected if at any time you find it to be incorrect. You may also have your information deleted from SPELD files by requesting that this be done.
You may if you wish remain anonymous in your dealings with SPELD, but membership and membership services are not available to anonymous persons.
